How do I pay for my services?

1. All payments under $100 are to be paid in full. Payments over $100 will require a %50 non refundable deposit upon invoice. The remaining balance shall be paid upon final renders of project and shipping/printing requests. Under NO circumstances will a refund be given. 2. Email hello@leftdesign.co in order to receive an invoice. 3. Use a major credit/debit card. 4. Pay with the corresponding invoice.
How do I order individual design/print services?

Send your request(s) to hello@leftdesign.co or order by using the shop now button on the website.
What formats will I receive once the design is complete?

All finalized files will be sent in JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, and PSD (by Request).
How will I keep in contact with Left Design during my transaction?

What is the turnaround time?

Depending on your service request, Left Design's standard turnaround time is between 3–7 business days. Rush fees must be paid in full upon requests. -$100 extra fee for a 24 Hour to 48 Hour turnaround
What all do I need to start my design request(s)?

1. Verbiage (Headlines, text, and any information that will be needed). 2. Logo (Logo Sketches, inspirations, references, etc.) 3. Pictures (Pictures must be high quality) Failure to do so will result in a delayed turnaround time. 4. Anything additional should be in your email request(s).
What if I don't like it?

Changes are available! You will receive (2) free minor edits - text change, color change, logo/picture placements After those (2) edits, there is a $25 or more revision fee (per edit change) depending on the design changes. Edits Include(s): Color changes, placement and text changes - Refunds are not accepted once work is done - Make sure you send all details to ensure quality work and services -Under NO circumstances can you change the full design unless you are paying the extra revision fees
Do I own the design after it is complete?

Yes! You own all copies of your designs except the PSD or AI file. You can purchase the AI and PSD file.
Is the .PSD or .AI file included?

Unfortunately no, if you want the working/edit file (.PSD or .AI) to your project is will cost an additional $200. You can deposit the extra funds once requested and approved.
