Payment Information

Payments & Deposits


All invoices are to be paid before starting a project. Once the project is paid for the client and Left Design LLC both agree on the agreed amount and policy. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or the corresponding invoice will be cancelled. Projects over $300 are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to begin the design process. Any projects/services under $300 require a full payment in order to move forward. All promotional offers must be paid in full upon promotional items/sales. Please note all projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from client. We assure that your project will be one that you will love! Under no circumstances can a refund be given, especially after work and/or proofs are sent to the client. Payments accepted includes a major credit/debit card, Cashapp, PayPal and an invoicing system that includes a 4% processing fee.




Refunds


All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from client. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or the service has begun. No refunds are given for any promotional sale prices and all sale invoices must be paid in full. If for any reason the client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and the service(s) becomes forfeited by the client. Client may receive a 6 month credit with Left Design LLC for equal value if they choose not to began on the original date. Any timeframe after the 6 months from the dated invoice becomes forfeited. Once promotional items have been shipped and delivered, no refund shall be reimbursed unless items are defective. If for any reason a client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and the payment becomes forfeited by the client.




What's included in my service(s)


All projects are subject to receive optimized/high quality (JPG, PNG, PDF, and MP4 Files). PSD, EPS, and SVG files can be requested from a printer by email for printing purposes only.

Left Design LLC is not responsible for any damages, misspelling/verbiage, wrong pictures, etc. The purchaser is solely responsible and will not be refunded. Full payments, when necessary, is required in order to start projects.

Once order is placed and approved you will receive an invoice receipt for your records and to bind the contract between Left Design LLC and the client. The design process will start and you will receive your order within the turnaround time.
